So we got Galaxy Nexuses from Google Claus this year and I’m not gonna lie - they’re pretty effing sweet.
I’m not saying it does everything as well or better than my recently purchased 4S, but it definitely gives it solid competition and in some cases a run for its money.
I stopped by at&t yesterday to activate it for a trial run and I may already be hooked.

The Entourage series finale was, without a doubt, one of the worst turds ever shat on television’s proverbial toilet. My fault for watching it, I know, but STILL.
As expected, they hastily slapped happy endings and bows on top of every last one of this season’s completely underdeveloped, half-assed subplots.
I will spare you the details for spoiler alerts’ sake (DO NOT WATCH...

There’s a hurricane coming this way this weekend apparently, and I have nowhere near enough beer and bourbon. Also, food and candles and water and sh*t. No time like the present to remedy these issues I suppose, in order of mention of course.

I have reached out to Zipcar to check my application status so many times via so many different media that I am probably eligible for a restraining order. All I’m tryin’ to do is get some wheels, y’all!

I welcome the transition from hot coffee to iced latte season, especially since I now work somewhere with a decent espresso machine (not trying to brag, just statin’ the facts).

Finally downgraded from Damp Level Crimson to Orange after this morning’s monsoon. Universe, I need positive reinforcement for getting to work on time, not negative.

Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, starring none other than everyone’s favorite ubiquitous weirdo Nick Cage, is without a doubt one of the weirdest effing movies I’ve ever seen. It’s available streaming on Netflix, where I watched it last night, but I am still processing what I witnessed so honestly I cannot say whether or not I would recommend it yet.
At the very least...

Why is it that at least once daily when I go into any office bathroom someone sounds as if they are attempting to break the world record for farty-est / grunty-est poop?

Getting an old cavity refilled today end of day. According to Answers.com as long as it’s a normal ‘white’ filling I can eat and drink immediately afterwards, which is more important / good to know than it should be, esp on a Friday.

As if the torrential rain this morning weren’t enough evidence to just stay in bed, our office Internet is down as well. Blargh.

Gotta love the emotional rollercoaster that is the initial rush of getting paid followed by the immediate gut-shot of sending 90% of it off to bills…

I completely forgot that 3,000 Miles to Graceland opens with a Nintendo 64 graphical quality CG fight between two robo-scorpions for no particular reason. Thanks for the reminder, late night TBS programming!

Monday Highlights (So Far)
Woke up freezing because apparently it being 20 degrees outside is not enough of a reason to enable our building’s heat
Double-length commute, wherein I was almost late for a very important call that I should have arrived at the office at least 45 minutes before (THANKS MTA)
Eye-burning tiredness
I can only assume the hits will just keep coming!
